One2Trip combines the inspiration of creators with the reliability of a tour operator. It was born from a simple idea: turning the journeys told and experienced by creators into real, bookable experiences tailored to you.

Creators design inspiring itineraries; you make them your own by customizing transport, accommodation and experiences; we take care of the entire legal, insurance and payment infrastructure, so all you have to think about is leaving. One2Trip S.r.l. is an innovative startup registered with the Italian Business Register and operates as a travel organizer and intermediary pursuant to the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 79/2011).

How it works

Browse the itineraries created by our Creators and find the trip that feels like you.

2. Customize

Adapt the trip to your needs: dates, transport, accommodation and experiences. Each package includes at least transport and accommodation.

3. Check and book

Check availability and updated prices in real time and complete your online booking in just a few steps.

4. Confirm

Once the booking is confirmed, the contract is concluded: you receive all travel documents by email.

5. Go

You travel independently, without a tour leader, with our customer care team always available before and during your trip.

Legal protections and references

One2Trip operates as a travel agency and tour operator in full compliance with industry regulations, with all mandatory coverage in place to protect travelers.

Guarantee Fund

As a travel agency and tour operator, One2Trip is a member of the Guarantee Fund managed by Il Salvagente s.c. a r.l., protecting travelers pursuant to art. 47 of Legislative Decree 79/2011. The Fund guarantees reimbursement and repatriation of travelers in the cases provided for by law.

Mandatory liability insurance

One2Trip is covered by a professional civil liability insurance policy, mandatory by law, taken out with Assimoco S.p.A. (policy no. 703 14 00100605), with coverage limits of up to €1,000,000, covering damages arising from the activity of organizing and intermediating travel services.

Good to know before booking

An excerpt from our General Terms and Conditions on the points that matter most: payments, variations, changes and cancellations.

The displayed price includes only the services listed in the summary. Tourist taxes, variable airport charges or any deposits may be requested separately, directly by the suppliers. Non-refundable services are charged immediately at the time of booking. For services with free cancellation, the payment method is securely registered via Stripe, without any immediate hold on the amount: the charge is made automatically 3 days before the free-cancellation deadline, with an email notice.

The price may vary only for three reasons: the cost of fuel or energy, taxes and fees, such as tourist taxes and airport charges, and exchange rates. Any increase is communicated at least 20 days before departure. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total, you may accept it or withdraw without penalty by notifying us within 5 days of the notice.

You can request changes or add services by writing to booking@one2trip.it. Feasibility depends on supplier conditions and availability, and may involve costs or fare differences. If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we notify you and manage the procedure.

Cancellation terms are set by the individual suppliers and are shown to you before purchase. Requests are managed through One2Trip within the limits allowed by the suppliers. Where a refund is provided for, we request and manage it on your behalf: timing depends on the supplier and payment networks.

All services are subject to real-time availability and are guaranteed only with the Booking Confirmation. If something is no longer available before confirmation, we offer you an equivalent alternative or refund the amount.

Insurance coverage is not included in the price unless otherwise indicated. You can add it as an optional service during booking.

You are responsible for your passport, identity card, visas and any health certifications. Always check the validity and requirements of the destination country before departure.
